These terms govern the use of the Overtake app, published by Marc Ernoult. By using the app, you accept them.
1. Service
Overtake is a mobile app dedicated to Formula 1: standings, calendar, news, predictions with friends, quizzes and mini-games. Predictions and rewards are purely for fun: no money betting, no financial winnings.
2. Account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app or by writing to us.
3. Conduct
You agree not to:
- choose a username or picture that is abusive, hateful or impersonates someone else;
- harass other players or circumvent the game rules (cheating, automation);
- disrupt the service or attempt to access it without authorization.
Users can block others or report behavior from within the app. We may suspend or delete an account in case of abuse.
4. Third-party content and accuracy
Sports data and news come from third-party sources. They are provided for information only, with no guarantee of accuracy or permanent availability.
5. Intellectual property
The app and its original content remain the property of the publisher. Overtake is not affiliated with Formula 1, the FIA, the teams or the drivers; their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for interruptions, loss of game data or errors in the information displayed. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Changes
These terms may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page; continuing to use the app constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, you may turn to a consumer mediator; failing an amicable solution, French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
